How to Get Cards
Cards are obtained from Card Packs through several methods:
1. Rebirths
Rebirths provide card packs as rewards starting from Rebirth 2 onwards. Besides offering higher Money and Luck multipliers, each rebirth grants card pack rewards. You can perform up to 6 rebirths total, though each requires minimum cash and specific Brainrots in your base. Note that rebirthing resets all cash, boss levels, and upgrades.
2. Daily Rewards
Access daily rewards by entering the door portal to Central Island. Find the platform on the right side listing available daily rewards and grand prizes. Card packs may appear as grand prizes - obtain them by placing required Brainrots on the four platforms. Remember: characters cannot be reclaimed once placed.
3. Events
Card packs are available through special events like the Brainrot Hit List. This event requires defeating specific Brainrots in exchange for rewards. Check the board near NPC Tomade Torelli in Central Island for target information and elimination requirements.
4. Shop Purchase
Skip the grind by purchasing Shiny Card Packs directly from the in-game Shop:
- 1 pack - 249 Robux
- 3 packs - 598 Robux
- 10 packs - 1,699 Robux
You can also gift card packs to friends using the present icon next to the Robux button.
How to Use Cards
Equipping Cards
Equipping cards is straightforward in Plants vs Brainrots:
- Head to the Player Cards station located on the right side of the spawner
- Approach one of the available card slots
- Hold the E key on PC and select a card from your collection
- The card's perk activates immediately upon equipping
Card Slots System
- 1 slot unlocked for free initially
- 4 additional slots require completing Rebirths 1-5
- Total of 5 card slots available at maximum progression
- Cards placed in slots provide active benefits during gameplay
The card slot system adds strategic importance to the Rebirth progression, as more slots allow for greater card synergies and more powerful combinations.
Card Merging System
Upgrade your cards through the merging system located in Central Island:
- Requirements: 3 identical cards of the same type
- Location: Card Merging station in Central Island
- Process: Combine 3 similar cards to create a higher-tier version
- Result: Enhanced card with improved effects and bonuses
⚠️ Important: Card merging is permanent and cannot be undone. Plan your merges carefully to optimize your deck.
Card Benefits & Strategy
Stacking with Potions
Card benefits can stack with potions for enhanced effects. For example, use a Lucky Potion combined with the Secret Collection card to spawn more Secret Brainrots, maximizing your rare spawn rates.
Strategic Deck Building
With 5 card slots available, focus on creating synergistic combinations that complement your playstyle:
- Offensive builds: Cards that boost plant damage and attack speed
- Economic builds: Cards that increase income and rare spawn rates
- Balanced builds: Mix of offensive and economic benefits
The 5-slot limitation forces strategic decisions about which abilities to prioritize, transforming the game from passive tower defense to active strategic planning.
